The Wildlife Ranch

We decided to take the kids to San Antonio over their spring break, so we started at the Wildlife Ranch. Here are a few pictures of the kids feeding the animals and enjoying the ranch. Hayden was cute digging in his bag of food and throwing the food out the window. The only problem was that as soon as he saw an animal walk up to the window he would want to get away. He was not the only one afraid to feed the animals in the drive through part. Jacob as always ran to the back of the car. He is too cute!!!! He loves going every year, but becomes afraid when it is time to feed the animals. The boys weren't afraid to feed the animals in the petting zoo though. So I was able to get a few pictures of them there. Taylor was only afraid of the ostriches. I don't blame her, because I am too. They poke at the window and freak us out!! Our family pictures these days aren't the best, because it is almost impossible to get a good photo of all five of us smiling at the camera!

Easter Pictures

Here are the Easter pictures that we had done with the REAL baby bunnies. They kids enjoyed it...or at least Jacob and Taylor did. Hayden was pretty crabby, but that is what happens when you wake a child up to go and get pictures done around dinner time. So here are our cutie pies!

Easter Bunny Pictures

So...Jacob finally got enough courage to go see the easter bunny. He came up to me monday and said he drew the easter bunny a picture and wanted to go take it to him and sit on his lap. So off we went! He was a little unsure at first and then he did it. Hopefully he has gotten over his fear. It was cute how he gave the bunny a picture almost like a peace offering. I couldn't help but laugh. Here is Taylors picture on the easter bunny's lap from last Friday.

The Kids School Easter Parties

Last friday was a very busy day for all of us. Jacob had his school easter party at 11am and Taylor had her party at 1:15pm, so needless to say I was running around all over the place. Lucky for me I didn't have to haul Hayden to the parties. Thanks to my dear friend Shannon. THANK YOU SHANNON!!! To top it off, the kids had easter pictures with our favorite photographers Katie and Aimee at 5pm. I then took the kids to the park and then to the mall to take a picture with the easter bunny. I did this all on my own, since hubby was working. Jacob was so funny because he was terrified of the easter bunny. Hayden saw Jacob didn't like him and so he started crying too. So ended up that Taylor was the only one that took a picture with the easter bunny. It actually was a really good crazy day. Here are a few pictures of the kids at their parties.

Taylors Cheerleading

Taylor had cheerleading today and so I thought I would share one of her cheers. She had her pom poms, but apparently she decided not to use them. You will have to excuse the video footage, I'm not the best in camcording things. So enjoy watching our cutie pie with her friend Jenna who is on the left. They are sooo cute to watch!!

Fun at Home

The kids and I decided to hang outside one day after school and I thought I would take some pictures of them playing around. Taylor and Jacob decided to jump into the boat and pretend to be shark fishing. They started out playing really sweet and nice together, but that changed. After a while they started to get on each others nerves. So, I turned my attention and picture taking to Hayden. He was happy just running around with a cookie (thus the dirty face) and mardi gras beads. When he was bored with that he started playing with the bow minus the arrows. Scott has 2 deer stuffed in the room off of the garage and he spends a lot of time in there saying...deer over and over again. We had a nice time outside. Here are the pics....
Picture of our house...for those of you who haven't seen it.

Dirty faced little boy...he looks so much like his daddy.

Running around with his mardi gras beads as always.

and more running around...

I interruped her catching sharks.
look at that attitude...lots of prayers now please!

Peace...monkey see monkey do!

Fun at the Park

Last week we thought it would be fun to take the kids to the park to play and feed the ducks. It was one of the first nice days out and the kids had a blast. It was fun to see the kids play so well together and to watch out for their little brother. It was a really nice time hanging out together. As always...here are the pictures of the fun!!
