Scott decided to take Valerie and Taylor fishing this evening, so I thought I would catch up on the blog. We have had Valerie (my 13 yr old neice) since the 4th of July. We all love having her with us. So we plan on keeping her here until she gets tired of us. We ended up going on a last minute trip to Dallas after the 4th of July. I love love love hanging out with friends and family, so having Val with us was wonderful! My kids enjoyed more of the big kid rides because they wanted to go on them with Valerie. I even got to go on some of the really big rides since she was there. Scott is afraid of the bigger rides, so usually if I want to go I go alone. However, it is just not as much fun screaming by myself. We all had a great time! It was hot, but we didn't have to wait in any lines. I can't believe we were there from 10:30am until 10:00pm. Our little Jacob even wanted more. The kids were sooo good. Anways, here are some of the pictures of that day.
